1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed eyewear, we do not ship outside the EU at this time.

2. Processing Time

Our custom eyewear is made to order using advanced 3D printing technology. The typical processing time is 5-7 business days from order confirmation to shipping. This includes:

  • Quality control checks
  • Final assembly
  • Packaging

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)
  • Express Delivery (1-2 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.

5. Delivery Confirmation

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, our shipping partner will attempt to deliver it again or leave it at a local collection point.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

7. International Shipping

For EU customers, all prices include VAT and customs duties. We handle all necessary customs documentation for you.

8. Packaging

Our eyewear is carefully packaged in eco-friendly materials to ensure safe delivery. Each package includes:

  • Protective case
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Care instructions
  • Recyclable packaging materials
