Returns & Refunds
1. Right to Withdraw
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by:

You can use our standard withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Return Process
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal:
- We will send you a return authorization number
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Ship the package to our returns address
- Keep your tracking number for reference
4. Refund Process
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive:
- The full purchase price
- Standard shipping costs (if applicable)
- Any applicable taxes
Note: Express shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and process your refund or replacement as soon as possible.
7. Custom Orders
Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed eyewear, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend carefully reviewing your order specifications before confirming your purchase.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made items (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse
- Items that are not in their original packaging
